All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
For personalized or custom-made items, please allow up to 7 business days for creation before dispatch.

🌍 Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over €50
- Orders below €50 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected service.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your order’s journey. You can also track your order at any time through our Track Order page.
🚨 Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, or you notice a delay in tracking updates:

- Include your order number and we’ll investigate and assist you within 24–48 business hours

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Aurélo Jewels is not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.
