Return&Refund Policy

At Aurélo Jewels, every piece is custom-crafted with care — and your satisfaction means everything to us. Because our jewelry is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it.


📦 Replacements

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  • Email us at support@aurelojewels.com

Once approved, we’ll dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.

 

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective and you prefer not to receive a replacement.
  • If your package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.

 

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for your request
  • Clear photo of the issue (if applicable)

 

Our customer care team will respond within 24–48 business hours.

 

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and personalization reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Personalized and custom-made items (unless defective)
  • Items sent back without contacting us first
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
